Kids Yoga (in English), 3-6y and 5-8y These classes introduce children to the practice of yoga. Yoga poses and principles are explored in a variety of fun ways. Nature, anatomy and imagination are all key aspects of the class. Children are encouraged to explore the way their bodies move through creative projects, partner work, story time and songs. Students also learn fun and simple ways to relax and spend quiet time. Taught by bija instructors

Children learn how to express their feelings and ideas by participating in theater games, interpreting plays from around the world, folktales and poetry, and reflecting on their own experiences and backgrounds. A t-shirt is provided for each child on the first day of class.

ISB is a fast growing school with a competitive admissions process. Being a part of ISB Enrichment Programs (Playgroups, After School, Camp) does not guarantee admissions into our school day program. Enrichment Program families join our regular applicant pool when applying for admission to the school day program.
