ISB Community Events & Fundraisers, 2008-2009 Each year ISB holds a variety of cultural events open to the community. In addition, we hold two main fundraisers to support the general operations fo the school and fund the ISB Financial Assistance program for fulltime students.

4th ANNUAL CHILDREN'S FRENCH & SPANISH BOOK FAIR

Saturday, December 6th, 2008
11am - 3pm

John Jay High School, 237 7th Ave (btwn 4th & 5th Sts.)

• Children's books, educational magazines, games, CDs and DVDs in French, Spanish and English
• Face painting, kids activities, story times & prizes!
• Choice Market cafe: coffee, baked goods, lunch & more!
• French & Spanish Playgroup Demos

Publishers: Anaya, Bayard Jeunesse, Bruno, Ecole des Loisirs, Everest, Fondo de Cultura Economica, Gallimard Jeunesse, Grupo Edebe, La Galera, Milan Jeunesse, Pere Castor, Scholastic Canada, and more!

Used Book Donation: Donate used French and Spanish children's books and receive a $1 coupon toward a new book for each book you donate! Donations must be children's books in either French or Spanish and in good condition.

CHILDREN'S INTERNATIONAL FILM DAYS
Each year ISB brings interesting and fun international children's films for the community to enjoy. Limited space is available, reserve your space asap. Food and drinks will be available at the concession stand.
