In Performing Arts class, Sixth Graders used iPads to create silent films to depict the IB Learner Profiles. In designing their projects, students were asked to start and end each film with a tableau, find music that fit the scenes, and create opening and closing credits.  This assignment challenged students to communicate situations, emotions, problems, and solutions in a melodramatic and silent way, while practicing working with and supporting each other in a group.
