This unique, innovative approach to education opens our students to a wide world of perspectives and information.
International School of Brooklyn is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School authorized for the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). The full program is
accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education, and the Preschool and Lower School (Pre-K 3 through 5th Grade) are accredited by the French Ministry of Education. Our students are exposed to the core elements of these international educational systems, while incorporating New York State educational standards and learning through the inquiry-based methodology and global context of the IB. Students in both tracks acquire language in a cultural and historical context from native speakers, allowing them to develop both linguistic and cultural fluency.
